Two sought in Union City shooting turn themselves in

UPDATE: UNION CITY, Tenn. — Police said the two men believed to be connected to a shooting at a party in Union City earlier this month have turned themselves in. Reshun Moses, 20, and Malik Garrett, 18, both of Dyersburg, were wanted in connection with a shooting in the 2000 block of Railroad Street in Union City. Moses is charged with attempted murder, reckless endangerment and aggravated assault. Garrett is charged with maintaining a building for the purpose of using marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were booked into the Obion County jail, and their arraignments are set for Tuesday.
