JACKSON, Tenn. — Good news for drivers as all lanes on South Royal Street are now open. Earlier this month, crews worked to repair a hole in the middle of the street that was caused by a collapsed pipe. The final pavement surface has not been completed yet, and the area is temporarily covered with gravel. Street officials ask drivers to proceed with caution.
