No applying for state jobs as website is upgraded
JACKSON, Tenn. — Job seekers hoping to apply for state jobs are out of luck as the Tennessee website is out of service for an upgrade. Hiring for most positions will be halted until the relaunch of the site expected on Aug. 26. Executive positions aren’t affected. State officials say the site upgrade will boost efficiency by allowing the state to handle internal paperwork online.
