Lexington online bill pay
As of last week, Lexington residents have a new option for making utility payments.
The city now offers an online pay option on their website, lexingtontn.gov, according to office manager Fran Barton.
The options are listed under the “Quick Links” heading on the page.
There is a charge for the online service that will show up on the bill, Barton said. The charge goes to the company that processes the payment, not to the city.
“We just wanted to make it easier for customers to access and pay their bills,” Barton said.
Residents can pay bills for utilities, water, sewage, garbage, gas and electricity.
