Man shows up at Jackson hospital with gunshot wound

JACKSON, Tenn. — A man shows up at a Jackson hospital just after midnight with a gunshot wound, according to police.
Officers say Jackson-Madison County General Hospital contacted them about a gunshot victim who came to the hospital around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. Investigators confirm the man was admitted to the hospital.
His condition has not been released.
Police say they currently are working to determine what happened.
