Final two Generals home games are Free

The Jackson Generals announced their offering free admission for the team‘s final two home games of the season on Wednesday. The two free contests are on Monday, August 31 and Tuesday, September 1 against Pensacola. “We just want to show our appreciation for the great Generals‘ fans in Jackson and surrounding counties,” General Manager Jason Compton said in the news release. “The atmosphere at The Ballpark at Jackson has been fantastic this season, and we want to finish strong for our final two home games of the season.” The Generals set a franchise record attendance this season with 6,814 fans on June 20 (Disney Night).
