Early morning fire destroys Kenton home

KENTON, Tenn. — A home is in ruins after an early morning house fire. Fire officials say the blaze broke out around 2 a.m. Wednesday on St. Mary’s Street and that firefighters weren’t able to get it out until 9 a.m. No injuries were reported, but the two-story brick house was a total loss.
