September is Library Card Sign-up Month
DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A local library is urging younger visitors to grab a book and read. September is Library Card Sign-up Month, a time when the Jackson-Madison County Library partners with the American Library Association. The mission is to make sure all students have a library card. Educators say there are many resources available within the library, not just books. If you can’t catch the staff at their events, librarians say to stop by the downtown location to register.
