Summit for teens, parents is Saturday at North Side

JACKSON, Tenn. — A Teen Summit, free and open to all teens in West Tennessee, is this weekend. The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at North Side High School. There will be five sessions for teens on topics including cyber bullying and drug prevention. The summit also offers sessions for parents on topics including financial management and careers. Organizers also will host a job fair and college fair, both open to the public. There also will be free giveaways including an iPad, computers and more.
