Nickell in Court, Indicted by Grand Jury
Jason Nickell, the Benton County man charged with stalking two women in Jackson now faces a third stalking charge. The 39-year-old was initially arrested and charged with two counts of stalking, but during the officers’ investigation, they discovered Nickell had allegedly stalked a third woman, a student at Union University. She told police on March 16, Nickell approached her on campus and made a statement about having a fetish. Union University security was key in identifying Nickell who remains jailed in lieu of $300,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned in circuit court on July 11.
