Henderson County SD Charges Man with Murder; Identifies Victim

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Department has arrested and charged a man with first degree murder after finding the body of a missing man Monday. According to Sheriff Brian Duke, Chris Lewis is being held in lieu of $250,000 bond in connection with the death of Kevin Pratt, 35, who was first reported missing Saturday. Deputies found Pratt’s body in a wooded area of Henderson County, Monday. Chris Lewis is scheduled to make his first court appearance on the charge, Tuesday, July 19.
