Moses Indicted on Theft and Burglary Charges

A burglary suspect who has been linked to more than 30 car break-ins and two home burglaries has been indicted. Court documents indicated that Emmanual Moses was indicted by a Dyer County grand jury on theft and burglary counts. Police said Moses moved to Newbern from Lauderdale County several months ago. In that time, he racked up quite the list of suspected crimes.
