Man Arraigned on Sexual Exploitation Charge

The Jackson man charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor after taking a teenage girl to a motel during school hours has officially been arraigned on charges of sexual exploitation. Officers said a forensics investigation of Chiolero Schwalenberg’s cell phone revealed three nude images of the 17-year-old girl’s body and one video of the teen performing a simulated sex act on him. Schwalenberg remained jailed in lieu if $15,000 bond. Officers have filed an additional four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor against Schwalenberg and have asked the district attorney’s office to increase his bond, in light of the news charges.
