Funeral arrangements have been set for former Jackson Mayor Bob Conger. He died Tuesday of heart failure at the age of 83. He served as Jackson mayor from 1967 to 1989. Visitation is set for Friday afternoon from 4 until 7 at the north chapel of George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home. The memorial service is scheduled for Saturday at 2 at First Presbyterian Church.
