Trio Indicted In Brownsville Shooting

A Haywood County Grand Jury has indicted 3 people in connection with an August drive-by shooting. 19 year old Matthew Freels, 18 year old Christian Delk and an unidentified juvenile all face charges in the case. Grand Jurors indicted Freels on attempted 2nd degree murder, criminal responsibility and reckless endangerment charges. Delk and the juvenile face attempted 2nd degree murder and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon counts. The indictments come in connection with an August 23rd drive-by along North Bradford Street in Brownsville.
