Closure Planned for Lane Avenue

Beginning Thursday, some renovations along Lane Avenue could cause a problem for drivers who travel the busy east Jackson street. According to the city of Jackson Street Department, two lanes from Railroad to Middleton Street and also the intersection of Hays will be closed, starting at 6, Thursday evening until 3, Friday morning. Crews will be installing decorative crosswalks along Lane Avenue.
