Master Gardners Host Fall Plant Sale
With warmer weather, it might be difficult to think about your fall planting, but right now is when you should get to work. Thursday, the UT Ag Research Center not only offered advice, but a supply of seasonal plants that will do well in the fall temperatures. The Jackson Fall Plant Sale offered a selection of trees, shrubs. perennials, bulbs and pansies. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for visitors to come out and get some plants that are going to add some color to their winter landscapes and last through the colder months,” said Ginger Rowsey of the UT Institute of Agriculture. The Jackson Fall Plant Sale wrapped up Thursday.
