Nearly six months after 20-year-old nursing student Holly Bobo went missing, investigators continue their search for the Parsons woman with very few leads. Although it was a story which made national headlines, some West Tennesseans when shown a picture do not recognize Holly. “No..No…the face is familiar, but I just can’t place it,” said Jack Ward, a Gibson County resident. Of the 11 people interviewed by ABC 7 Eyewitness News, only five people recognized Bobo, knew her name along with the circumstances surrounding her disappearance. “What if I told you it was somebody who was missing,” asked reporter Daniel Wilkerson. “Then I’d look extra hard, but I don’t recognize her,” said Ward. The five people who recognized the picture, identified her as Holly Bobo the moment they were show the photograph. “Yes, that’s Holly Bobo, the missing girl,” said Kathie Johnson, a Gibson County resident. Holly will turn 21 on Wednesday, October 12.
