JPD Seeks Identity of Shoe Thief

Jackson police said they need the public’s help in identifying a shoe thief who is accused of walking in without shoes and then walked out wearing a brand new pair. Surveillance photos from Friday in and outside of Sears in Jackson that the white male suspect is wearing a news pair of shoes. Police said he attempted to remove security ink from one pair, spraying ink over the merchandise. He then selected a second pair, put them on and walked out the door.
