Penal Farm Escapee Caught

After escaping from the Madison County Penal Farm a little more than a month ago an escapee with a laundry list of charges is back behind bars. Henderson County deputies arrested Tod Brandon Osborn, 44, of Jackson in Scotts Hill Sunday night. He has been on the run since October 2. Deputies said he was able to escape by forcing his way through a fence at the penal farm. Osborn, who now face additional charges of escape and vandalism, is a non-violent offender. He was initially jailed for several non-violent offenses including, marijuana possession, trespassing, evading arrest and failure to pay child support.
