Jackson Woman Charged with Stealing from Couple

A Jackson woman has been arrested and charged with stealing a couple’s debit card and buying hundreds of dollars in goods. Mary Elizabeth Moore, 31, faces a theft and 19 counts of fraudulent use of a debit card. Investigators said she stole the card from a Beech Bluff couple and spent almost $700 over a three-week period. Moore is schedule to make her first court appearance on Thursday.
