Rudolph Pleads Guilty in the Murder of Bill Holland

A guilty plea by the East Tennessee man accused of killing former Jackson businessman Bill Holland, last October. Robert Rudolph, 34, of Morristown entered a best interest plea to second degree murder and especially aggravated robbery. He was sentenced to 25 year in prison, without the possibility of parole. On October 6, 2010. Holland’s body was found behind a convenience store in midtown Jackson. Investigators said Holland was stabbed to death more than a week before. Rudolph was arrested days later in Knoxville.
