MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.- Madison County deputies arrest a man, accused of taking more than $12,000 from a woman. Deputies said Bryan Merritt, 41, of Pensacola, Florida is responsible for an elaborate scheme, where he advertised in local newspapers for a company called Clean Indoor Air. He is charged with stealing more than $ 12,000 from a woman who hired him to remove mold from under her home that was never taken care of.
