West Tennessee has picked up another statewide Tennessee Lottery Educator of The Month Award. Spring Hill School first grade teacher Debbie Abbott was named as the statewide Educator of the Month Thursday. Abbott says watching the light bulb go off in her young students gives her a sense of accomplishment.
