Man Charged with Indecent Exposure

A Gibson County man has been sentenced to 24 hours of community service after pleading guilty to indecent exposure. Bobby Simpson, 19, appeared in Jackson City Court Tuesday morning where police said he pleaded guilty. Investigators said he exposed himself to a woman and performed a simulated sex act on himself. The incident happened in the Wyndchase neighborhood on north Jackson back in November. Investigators said the victim was teachinbg a group of home-school children when she looked out her window and saw Simpson standing up on a 4-wheeler performing the act. Simpson has also been ordered to pay all court costs.
