TBI Examines Nursing Home Death
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is investigating a death at a nursing home in Knoxville.
TBI spokeswoman Kristin Helm confirmed agents are looking into the death at Brakebill Nursing Home, but declined to say whether the person who died was a patient there or when the death occurred, according to The Knoxville News Sentinel (http://bit.ly/xFcLqI ).
The death was referred to the agency last week by the Tennessee Department of Health.
A receptionist at the nursing home declined comment to the newspaper Tuesday night.
