Young Inventors Invade MTSU
About 240 inventions by some 475 grade school students will be displayed Thursday at the 20th annual Invention Convention at Middle Tennessee State University.
Contributors are public- and private-school students in the fourth, fifth and sixth grades from Middle Tennessee. The young inventors choose between two categories: “games” and “make our lives easier.”
Participants will create presentations along with working models of their inventions to display to visitors.
Featured speakers will include high school and college students who formerly competed in the event.
