Workers Ready for Super Tuesday

Tuesday is primary election day in Tennessee and with a low turnout from early voting in the Volunteer State candidates are hoping there will be a rush of voters for tomorrow’s Super Tuesday primary. Tennessee’s 12-day early voting period ended Tuesday with just more than 200,000 voters. A political science professor at Vanderbilt said this time early voters are a bad sample of the general electorate because they do not accurately reflect voters who tend to vote in the general election. In Madison County, voting hours for Super Tuesday elections are from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.
