Jackson police captain honored for 30 years of service
JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson Police Capt. Jeff Shepard was honored on Wednesday.
Shepard received a certificate honoring his 30 years of service to both the City of Jackson and its police department.
The award was presented by Jackson Mayor Scott Conger.
