Predator in Biloxi
Biloxi police have arrested 39-year-old man on charges of sexual battery and exploitation of a child. Investigator Randy Brown says Robert Anthony Moore of Biloxi allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl and took photos of her nude. Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain set bond at $200,000. If convicted, Moore could serve up to 30 years in prison for the sexual battery charge and five to 30 years for the exploitation of a child charge. It could not be determined if Moore has an attorney.
