Tipton Co. Man Faces Charges after Amber Alert

Tipton County investigators said they expect to file charges against a father who sparked an Amber Alert early this morning. Jonathan Fowlkes, 27, is being held on suspicion of aggravated burglary, reckless endangerment and domestic assault. Investigators said just after Midnight Friday, Fowlkes forcibly took his 1-year-old child from his grandfather’s home in Millington. The child was found unharmed with his father at another family member’s home in Brighton around 7, Friday morning.
