Saturday afternoon, Southern Pride prepared the world’s largest barbecue sandwich in Jackson.The sandwich weighed more than 1,500 pounds breaking the world record. Baseball fans had a chance to see it all at Pringles Park during the game. Fans also made donations to get their cut of the humongous sandwich. It was all part of a fundraiser for the Tennessee Chapter of Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund.
