MS Man Facing Charges in Stabbing Murder
An Ellisville man faces a murder charge after allegedly stabbing his cousin. Police Chief Bruce Russell says 21-year-old Roderick D. DeLoach turned himself in to Ellisville police Monday night following an earlier altercation. Russell says the investigation is still ongoing. He said police received a call reporting a possible stabbing at about 8:30 p.m. Monday. Russell said officers found victim Timothy Hardy collapsed in a yard near the suspected crime scene with stab wounds to the chest. Hardy was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Russell said the motive for the stabbing is still unclear.
