West Tennessee Community Team Captain Kickoff for the 2012 West TN Heart Walk
Who Should Attend? Everyone in West TN that is interested in raising funds for the 2012 West TN Heart Walk or Go Red For Women Campaigns Event Purpose: To invite and involve the community of West Tennessee to be involved in the 2012 West Tennessee Heart Walk. Laptops will be available to sign up Team Captains and their team members during the event. Businesses will also have the opportunity to sign Sponsorship Agreements for the “2012 West Tennessee Heart Walk” and “2013 Go Red For Women” Campaigns and to complete the “Fit Friendly” Application online during the event. Event Place: Coyote Blues Event Date: Friday, July 20, 2012 Event Time: Begins at 5:00 pm – until ??? Event Cost: $10.00 per person – all proceeds to benefit The 2012 West Tennessee Heart Walk Event Activities: Opening remarks by Steven Albright and myself will begin at 5:00 pm. We are planning to have a couple of cardiologists and possibly one or two survivors of heart disease or stroke to speak also. Plans are being made for complimentary Hors D‘oeuvres and soda‘s/tea, as well as a band and cash bar (specifics are currently being worked on). Please join us for a motivation time and networking!!!
