Pleas Entered for 2009 Manslaughter
A man and woman from Natchez have pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the 2009 beating death of 61-year-old Clark Felton Jr. The pleas entered Tuesday closed what had been a murder case against 41-year-old Lizzie Madison and 42-year-old Paul McBeth Green. Each was sentenced to twenty years in prison. Felton, a cancer patient was beaten to death in his home in August 2009. His wife Annie Bell Felton discovered her husband’s body.
