KY Murder Trial Postponed
The trial of a western Kentucky man charged with murder in the shooting death of a woman has been postponed with no new date immediately set. Jurors were scheduled to be selected in the case of 38-year-old Michael A. Johnson of Dundee on Friday. But, the case was postponed. Johnson is charged with murder in the July 13, 2010, shooting death of Charlotte Brown. Police say Brown was shot in the back with a shotgun as she got out of a vehicle at the Dundee home she shared with Johnson’s father. Michael Johnson also lived in a home on the property. Johnson has been ruled competent to stand trial.
