Convicted Puppy Killer Sentenced on Probation Violation

WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn.-A Weakley County teen convicted last year in the torture killing of a St. Bernard puppy has been sentenced to six month in jail after pleading guilty to a new charge. Thursday, a Weakley County judge sentenced Preston Odle to jail time , plus 18-month house arrest. Earlier this month he pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor in connection with his December arrest where officers said he was with several juveniles who were hunting. Last year, Odle pleaded guilty to a felony charge of aggravated animal cruelty.
