Bond Set in Lake Co. Homicide Case
Bond was set at $500,000 for the Dyersburg woman accused of killing a man in Lake County. Jodie Henson, 43, is charged with vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident where someone was hurt. Investigators with the THP believe Henson ran over Ronnie Gardner, 50, along Hoecake Road, around 2:00 a.m., Wednesday. Officers are not releasing many details about the deadly incident, but witnesses describe the scene as gruesome. As of Thursday evening, Henson remained jailed in lieu of bond. She is scheduled to return to court in Lake County, next Thursday.
