Lawyer Charged with Rape in Dyersburg

A West Tennessee attorney has found himself on the wrong side of the law. According to the Dyersburg Police Department, Milton Eugene Magee, 42, has been arrested and charged with rape. Officers said he was taken into custody, Friday and posted $7,500 bond on the same day. Magee’s next hearing is set for April 4.
