Child Abuse Charge Dropped Against Labossiere

A child abuse charge has been dropped against a Jackson mother accused of leaving her infant in an unairconditioned hallway. The charge was dismissed against Barbara Labossiere, 23, Thursday. The reason was investigators said her mother and only witness, changed here testimony during a hearing, Thursday. Nancy Bullard, 53, has been arrested and charged with filing a false police report. She is currently free on $1,000 bond. Lobossiere remained jailed on an unrelated charge. A judge also ruled she has violated her probation.
