Westwood After School Program Receives Snack Grant

JACKSON, Tenn. — The City of Jackson Recreation and Parks Department, sponsor of the program, is the recipient of a Tennessee Department of Human Services Child and Adult Food Care Grant that funds snacks for after school programs. This is the 12th year for the city to receive this grant that allows for a nutritious after school snack for youth. This grant also assists the city in providing quality, well-rounded programming for residents. The Westwood After-School Study Time Program is held at Westwood Recreation Center.
