Health experts say parents should encourage kids to make healthy habits when it comes to Halloween candy. Here are some tips: Don’t let them eat all of the candy until it’s gone. Instead, have them trade in their candy for something like books, toys or something of their choosing. Instead, parents should eat the candy.
