JACKSON, Tenn. — Thursday night’s rain might have postponed the event on Halloween but it did not stop people from having fun at the Jackson-Madison County Trunk-or-Treat event. This was the sixth annual Trunk-or-Treat held at North Side High School. Guests even got the chance to watch a helicopter land right in front of them and kids enjoyed many of their favorite sweet treats. “Went to school, came back, went trick-or-treating and I got extra candy,” David Burns said. “Jolly Ranchers, War Heads, Twizzlers.” City officials say nearly 10,000 kids came out the Trunk-or-Treat this year.
