Shots Ring Out in North Jackson

NORTH JACKSON — Neighbors are scared after hearing gunshots in a quiet area in North Jackson, Tuesday afternoon. Four shots were heard near 911 Rushmeade drive around noon Tuesday. Witnesses say they saw a car pull out of the residence where shots rang out. Police searched the area and the house but did not find any evidence of a shooting. Neighbors say they fear for their children’s safety.
