Walk A Mile Jackson
Walk a Mile Jackson is excited to invite you to support and to participate in a very special project–an exciting event that will be held on November 1 in Downtown Jackson at Jackson Walk! You‘ve heard that old saying, “You can‘t really understand another person‘s experience until you‘ve walked a mile in their shoes,” right? Well, here‘s an opportunity to truly empathize. Walk a Mile Jackson is challenging the men of our community to show their commitment to ending violence against women by walking a mile in a woman‘s shoes. Women and children are welcome to participate. Jonathan Singleton and West Alley AllStars Blues Band will be performing at the AMP following the walk.
