McKenzie Head Start / Early Head Start Child Find
McKenzie Head Start/Early Head Start is currently accepting applications for enrollment of children for the 2015-2016 program year. If you are expecting or have children birth to four years old on or before August 15 and would like to enroll please contact Lori Scott, Family Advocate or Jennifer Vinson, Center Coordinator. You will need 1) Proof of child’s age, 2) Social Security number for each family member, 3) Name, address, and phone number of three emergency contact persons, 4) Tenn Care and/or insurance card, 5) Proof of family income, 6) TN state immunization record. Children with disabilities well be given priority.
