UNION CITY, Tenn. — A West Tennessee man is recovering from hypothermia and frostbite after being found in a grain bin by Union City Police. Officers say 42-year-old Larry Winn was walking to work Wednesday night and got lost. When he did not make it home the next day, his wife called his workplace and found out he never made it. A rescue squad and officers found Winn Thursday. They think he found the bin and went inside for shelter.
