Man accused of punching, stomping ex-girlfriend appears in court

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A man accused of punching and stomping his ex-girlfriend’s head appears in Jackson City Court. Richard Anderson was formally charged Monday with aggravated burglary and simple domestic assault. On Friday, the victim says when Anderson came to pick up clothes left at her apartment, he forced his way in, punched her with closed fists and stomped her head when she fell. His bond is set at $25,000.
