JACKSON, Tenn. — Thursday night, wrestling fans in West Tennessee honored Jerry “The King” Lawler, who is celebrating 40 years in the ring. It was a celebration fit for a king as Jackson Mayor Jerry Gist proclaimed Thursday as Jerry Lawler Day in Jackson.
