Fourth of July shooting suspect in custody

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A man accused of shooting another man inside a Jackson hotel room on the 4th of July was arraigned Wednesday in Jackson City Court. Jacques Marquette Anderson is charged with attempted first-degree murder in the shooting at the Old Hickory Inn that sent one man to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
